What types of features come on your vehicles?

When you rent one of our vehicles, you can expect granite topped bar areas that come filled with ice for your drinking convenience, entertaining dancing poles, newly installed leather interiors throughout, hardwood flooring, stereo systems with iPod connectivity, televisions with DVD capabilities

Is there a difference between a limousine and a limo bus?

There is a difference! Where a limousine offers a classy appearance when you want to make a first impression, a limo bus offers stand up room and more party features. Both are fantastic for any event!

How much does it cost to rent a limo bus?

The price you will pay really depends on a number of factors. Your date and time of service, the type of vehicle you want, and the number of people going all factor into what the price will be. Our friendly customer service agents will be able to help you with a quote. But one thing you can count on is there will not be any hidden fees, ever.

Do you ever offer any discounts or coupons that can be applied to the rental of your vehicles?

Not usually, we do have a special wedding package so make sure you ask about that when you call us. We do, however, believe in passing along any savings we get through changes in the market place. In essence, if our costs go down, so will yours. We believe this is the best way and most respectful way to treat our customers.

Can we drink and smoke on your vehicles?

We allow for drinking, assuming that everybody in your group is 21 or older. However, when it comes to smoking, we do not allow for any smoking to occur on our vehicles under any circumstance. We hope you understand that we want to maintain our vehicles to the highest degree possible and that includes keeping a fresh smell and fresh air environment.

What is the best way to determine which of your vehicles is best for our group and specifically, for our event?

Your best plan of action is to call one of our courteous customer service agents. They are very knowledgeable about our business and they will be able to walk you through the booking process in order to pick out the perfect limo bus for your needs.

How much lead time will I need in order to reserve one of your limo buses for my event?

We recommend calling our office as soon as you know your date and time of service and your group size. Our business operates on a first come first serve basis and we have been growing tremendously. So, call us as early as possible to check on the availability of the perfect limo bus for your event.

We have an event planned from 8:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight. Can we rent a limo bus for that time period?

We have a six hour minimum rental requirement on our vehicles. The one exception is weddings where we have a 3.5 hour package. You can certainly turn in your limo bus early if you are finished with it, but you will be charged based on the six hour minimum.

Do you have bathrooms on your limo buses?

No, but your rental includes unlimited stops so feel free to take a bathroom break anytime you need to.

I have made a list of stops that our group wants to make on our night out. Once we are on our way, are we limited to that list?

No, not at all. One of our experience drivers will certainly take you every location on your list, but if you think of another place you would like to stop at, all you have to do is tell your chauffeur. You can even ask your driver for suggestions as they know the areas you will be going very well.

Once we have started our trip in one of your limo buses, are we limited in the number of miles we can travel?

Not at all, our policy is unlimited stops, unlimited miles.

How do I go about paying for my rental?

It all starts with a $200 deposit on a credit or debit card to reserve your vehicle. For the balance, we accept a credit/debit card, a traveller's check, a pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.

What if we wanted to make use of your service in the winter, are you still operating at that time of the year?

Yes, we operate 365 days a year so we are always ready to serve your needs.

Can we bring food on our limo bus?

Yes, certainly. Just know that you are responsible for minimal clean-up.

When our trip is all over, do we have to tip our chauffeur?

No, the minimal gratuity is included in your bottom line price. If you feel your driver went over and above the call of duty, then feel free to provide a tip at the end of your trip, but it is not necessary.

Do you require some kind of deposit to reserve a limo bus?

Yes, once you are fitted to the perfect limo bus for your event and group, we require a $200 deposit to reserve your vehicle. The $200 can be put on a credit or debit card.

With a business like yours, we know there must be hidden fees tacked onto the price. Are we right?

No, we have never had any hidden fees and we will never have any. This goes against company policy which puts a premium on customer service.

Is there a limit on the number of stops we can make in one of your limo buses?

No, our company motto is unlimited stops, unlimited miles.

Can we bring our own music to play on the limo bus?

Absolutely, we encourage you to. That is part of the fun of renting a party bus. We have installed a premium concert quality sound system with CD/iPod/MP3 inputs.

What happens if we go over our time?

If you go over your time, you'll simply be charged overtime at the same rate that your regular service hours were charged. Unlike other companies, we don't jack up the price for overtime.
